Heechul and Kangin, members of Super Junior who were discharged from the military in 2011 and this year, respectively, will join the boy band’s Manila concert tonight.
Super Junior is expected to arrive before noon today at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for the Manila leg of the “Super Show 5″ world tour.
This will be Heechul’s first time to join his bandmates on a world tour in two years and five months.
His last “Super Show” was in Vietnam in May 2011. On Sept. 1 the same year, he enlisted in the military as part of the mandatory service of Korean men.
Heechul was discharged from the military last August 30.
His first concert participation since his release from the military was at the SMTown concert in Beijing last Oct. 19.
Super Juniors last concert in the Philippines was in 2011. The country was not included in the world tour last year.
Filipino fans are also excited to see Kangin, who was absent in the 2010 and 2011 Super Junior concerts in the Philippines.
