Comedian Jason Francisco is amused by his pregnant wife Melai Cantiveros’ superstitious practices, including wearing black clothes and hanging garlics in the house to supposedly drive away evil spirits.
The 26-year-old dad-to-be says he’s excited to see his first child, though admitting he’s not yet fully emotionally prepared to watch Melai give birth.
Jason has no preference when on gender as long as the baby is healthy. He expects his baby to be good-looking.
The comedian “dreads” that the child might inherit Melai’s talkativeness.
Jason said he won’t allow Melai to return to work immediately after delivery, believing that a mother should focus on her child at that age.
Melai is expected to give birth in March.
