Comedian Vice Ganda does not want to get embroiled in the rumored romance between his “It’s Showtime” co-hosts Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford.
The box office star said in an interview with ABS-CBN News, Monday, “Hindi po ako singungaling at hindi po ako persumida at pakialamera. Alangan naming umamin ako for them o magtanggi ako for them, ‘di ba?”
He added, “kung meron mang may karapatan na gumawa no’n ay sila ‘yon at sila ang may obligasyon na gumawa no’n para sa tao.”
TV reporter MJ Felipe, however, insisted on asking his opinion about his co-hosts’ holiday break in the US. Reports have it that Billy and Coleen watched a basketball game two days after Christmas, with a photo of them together eventually circulating online.
To this, the comedian just laughed.
Asked about what he wishes for Billy and Coleen, Vice gave a very general answer: “Ang wish ko ay maging masaya lang ang lahat, maging mapayapa ang damdamin ng lahat katulad ng saya at kapayapaan na nararamdaman ko ngayon. Sana maranasan ng lahat lahat ng nararanasan ko ngayon.”
Queried about how happy Billy and Coleen are these days, he carefully responded, “Alam ko masaya si Billy. Alam ko masaya si Coleen. Si Coleen ay kasama ko kanina. Masaya naman kaming nagkukuwentuhan. Si Billy nakaka-text ko almost every night. Masaya naman siya.”
On whether he asked Colleen about the picture, Vice simply said, “Alam naman ng lahat ang litrato. Nakita na naman ‘yun ng lahat.”
In parting he declared, “I am happy for everyone.”
