Singer-actress Jessa Zaragoza was rushed to hospital recently due to food poisoning, allegedly after consuming spaghetti bought from a fast food chain.
The actress shared to her Instagram followers the “pain” she endured over the weekend.
“I was vomitting and going to the toilet countless times. It was a very horrible feeling,” she posted, noting that her body temperature shot up the following day upon losing a lot of electrolytes.
Zaragoza learned from her doctor that the food “might have already been infested with harmful bacteria” even before it was delivered to their home.
She charged, “I’m disappointed with the negligence of other people, especially those from this trusted and popular food chain.”
Zaragosa went on to share her worry “about the ones who experience the same thing, but are not so fortunate to be given access to immediate medical care.”
She wondered, “How are they able to ease the pain? Because the feeling is really bad until now. I feel like I can pass out anytime because I’m so weak.”
