The Kathryn Bernardo-Daniel Padilla series “Got To Believe” (G2B) trended anew on Twitter with Tuesday night’s “kilig-filled” episode, which included an “almost-kiss” between the show’s main characters Chichay (Bernardo) and Joaquin (Padilla).
In Tuesday’s episode, Joaquin asked Chichay, who works as a waitress at the Grand Crillon Ball, if she would dance with him. He then “bridal carries” Chichay out of the party. The scene fast-forwards to them sitting on a park bench, wherein Joaquin reminisced about a childhood experience of being accidentally shot in the head.
Under a sky of fireworks, Joaquin utters, “Hindi na ko takot” while Chichay’s hand. As their faces drew closer, almost kissing, Chichay quips, “Grabe ka, ito na nga holding hands na. Gusto mo naman kiss agad.”
Fans of the fairytale love story were obviously thrilled and they propelled the topic #G2BDanceWithMe to the second spot of the micro-blogging site’s worldwide trends hours after the episode aired.

While others expressed a bit letdown with the “bitin kissing scene.”

A few days ago, the topic #G2BTakeItOff also trended worldwide on Twitter worldwide trends thanks to Joaquin’s “shirtless scene.” It also trended No. 1 locally.
