Showbiz’ “Ultimate Leading Man” Richard Gutierrez and “Leading Man of Primetime TV” Dingdong Dantes, are among winners at the recently concluded First Ducati Cup held at the Batangas Racing Circuit last April 26 to 27.
Dingdong, who ranked third place in the beginners class and second in the celebrity class, stated that it was among his childhood dreams to figure in a motorcycle race.
“Ang sarap nang feeling…kala ko ‘di ko na magagawa to,” he said.
His girlfriend Marian Rivera was present at the race.
“Sobrang kinakabahan kami ng mga kapatid niya, sabi ko nga enjoy lang, importante safe siya,” said the actress.
It was Marian who gave Dingdong his Ducati motor bike as a Christmas gift last year.
Richard, on the other hand, placed fourth in the celebrity class.
He shared that it was his first race and definitely one of the best experiences of his life.
His girlfriend Sarah Lahbati was also among spectators at the tilt.
“Happy kasi nag-enjoy siya. He’s still my number one,” Sarah told media.
Many politicians also participated in the race including, Zamboanga del Norte Cong. Seth Jalosjos, Tarlac Governor Victor Yap and Ilocos Sur Congressman Ronald Singson who finished first place in the celebrity class.
