Atom Araullo proves once again that he’s not only an award-winning news reporter but eye candy as well, judging from his recent inclusion in a magazine’s list of top bachelors around the world.
The list includes actors, athletes, chefs, models, businessmen, politicians and other movers and shakers around the world.
Araullo joins model Borgy Manotoc, who appears on the cover; TV host-actor Matteo Guidicelli; chef JP Anglo; Elite athlete Duane Santos; and Advertising executive Manu Sandejas in Town & Country Philippines June 2014 magazine issue.
The magazine also recognized bachelors across the globe, such as American actors Ansel Elgort and Scott Eastwood, Greek professional kite boarder Stavros Niarchos III and American athlete Landon Donovan, among others.
Araullo rose to fame via the educational show “5 and Up” in the 1990s. He also became part of the Studio 23 show “Breakfast.”
Recall that in 2013, Araullo trended worldwide on social media because of his daring coverage of super-typhoon “Yolanda” in Tacloban.
Prior to that, Araullo was also hailed by Spot.ph in 2010 as the “cutest newsman” in the Philippines.
Last year, Town & Country magazine included actors Derek Ramsay and Mikael Daez, basketball player Chris Tiu, President Benigno Aquino III and three of his nephews, Jiggy, Jonty and Francis, in their top bachelor list.
