Don’t be too surprised if you suddenly see actress Marian Rivera on a Kapamilya show.
Marian – one of GMA-7’s prized contract artists – confirmed that she is set to appear on at least one ABS-CBN program as part of promotions for her Star Cinema-produced film “Kung Fu Divas” co-starring comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas.
“Kahit saan naman pwede, basta papayagan ako ng network ko,” Marian told ABS-CBN News when asked which Kapamilya show she’d like to grace.
Like her boyfriend Dingdong Dantes who had starred in numerous Star Cinema project, Marian is optimistic that this won’t be her last time working with ABS-CBN either.
Kaya nagpapasalamat ako na may mga ganitong pagkakataon,” she said.
Marian created mild stir when she was sighted in the rival network’s compound. She clarified that she had only attended a meeting about “Kung Fu Divas.”
It wasn’t her first time inside the ABS-CBN building. In 2004, Marian worked as an intern in the human resources division of the Kapamilya network.
Magxe-xerox, magta-type, so ’yun ’yung na-experience ko,” she said.
