Elmo Magalona
Actor-singer Elmo Magalona won’t publicly share the real score between him and actress Lauren Young, save to say they enjoy each other’s company.
“We’re happy where we are right now,” Magalona said in a report on GMA News. “We’re good. We’re really close.”
Indeed, if there’s anyone Magalona deems dearest to his heart nowadays, it is Young – keen as he is to reveal how they see and communicate with each other on a regular basis.
Asked what it is about Young that makes her such an appealing companion, Magalona offered: “She’s really unpredictable.”
He explained, “I like analyzing people and expecting kung ano ang sasabihin nila sa akin and the things that make me laugh. With her, it’s always unpredictable. I don’t know what she’s gonna be doing next.”
Magalona is without an ongoing project. He is not sure as well what his next move is. But he assured his fans that the lull is not intentional.
“Nagkataon lang na gano’n ang nangyari,” he said citing that he is more than ready to accept interesting offers.
Though he is still open to working again with former love team partner Julie Anne San Jose, Magalona said he’d rather that their mother station GMA decide on the matter.
Meanwhile, Magalona expressed concern on JuliElmo fans who post hate messages on social networking sites about San Jose’s new screen partners.
“I think it’s really petty, because we’re all in this professionally. They [fans] should just be happy for different things. Huwag na silang mag-focus sa mga negative na nakikita nila.”
