Notwithstanding her personal problems this year, comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas still has reasons to feel blessed.

As she celebrates her 49th birthday, the Marian devotee shares her prayers on Instagram, specifically for the strength in weathering her storms.

“MARAMING SALAMAT GOD/MAMA MARY SA ARAW NA ITO…maraming salamat sa buhay na ibinigay mo saken .. sa lahat ng mga pagsubok na dinaanan ko na hanggang ngayun ay nakatayo pa din ako at lumalaban sa buhay,” she posted on Monday.

Recall that Ai Ai had martial woes with her estranged husband Jed Salang, whom she married in Las Vegas last April and broke up with her after a month.

Ai Ai is also grateful that her family and friends remain by her side, and for her talents.

“salamat sa mga magagandang mga anak ko , sa aking mga magulang at kapatid.. mga mababait kong kaibigan … thank din at sa edad kong to mganda pa din ako hehee ( CHOS) … higit sa lahat salamat sa TALENT na ibinigay mo saken dahil maraming akong napapasayang tao hindi lang sa pilipinas kundi sa lahat ng sulok ng mundo na may mga pilipino at tfc..” she continued.

Ai Ai declared: “I HAVE A GOOD LIFE … IAM HAPPY ..”

Ai Ai is in the US with her children and some friends.

It is her first time to celebrate her birthday abroad.

Meanwhile, her eldest son, Sancho, posted greetings to his “original girlfriend.”

“Happy birthday to my original girlfriend! mama @aiaidelasalas #iloveyou,” read his caption, along with a photo of their two.

The delighted mother replied then: “I LOVE YOU BABY BOY MA MI MISS KITA BEBE….”
